UGA Graduation sessions are so special to me. As a student and an upcoming graduate, I understand all the bittersweet emotions that come with graduation and am honored to capture them. I also understand how stressful planning can be during this time which is why I hope this helps you!

 

The booking process

 

STEP 01

 

Fill out my form

On my website under services you can find a form my inquiry form. This is the best and fastest way to reach me! If you dm me I will try to get back to you, but I will still need you to fill out the form to get all your info:)  

STEP 02

 

receive a response within 48 hours

Once you fill out my inquiry form you can expect a response within 48 business hours (M-F). If I am out of office or behind on responses I will post updates on my instagram story!

STEP 03

 

pay your deposit and secure your session

Once you figure out all the fun details (desired package, date, group, solo, or a couples session), we will collect your deposit to secure your session. All deposits are non-refundable $50 retainers that will be applied towards your shoot totals. In case of significant emergency your deposit will be refunded.

STEP 04

 

Shoot day and delivery!

Once your shoot day comes around I will be in contact a couple days in advance to remind you and confirm your session again. I will also provide as many details about the arch line as I can. After your shoot is completed, a fully edited gallery will be delivered to your email within 1-2 weeks. This time can fluctuate based on how booked I am, and I will update you if this number might change!

The sooner you book the better


Bottom line. The sooner you book the better. My bookings are open and I am booking up fast! March is almost fully booked, and the date you want may be the date 5 other people want. As we get closer to graduation lines will worsen, your favorite nuuly dresses will be out of your size, and sessions will get more expensive.

What about other colleges?


I would absolutely love to come to your college and take your Grad photos! These processes are not exclusive to UGA and the booking process is almost the same. The only thing that may change is a travel fee. I cover the first 30 miles but after that it is $0.50 per mile. If I can book more than one shoot on your shoot day, I will waive the travel fee. So, if you recommend me to a friend you both won't have to pay the travel fee! So far, I have come to Milledge (GCSU) and Emory University, but I would love to add more to that list!
